DAY BY DAY TOUR

DAY 1

ARRIVAL IN MADAGASCAR

Tongasoa ! when you arrive at the international airport of Ivato (TNR ) , one of our team will be warmly greeted you with a sign under your name .
After welcoming, we will drive to our hotel in town and give you a special briefing of our upcoming trip and answer questions you may have if time permits , otherwise tomorrow before while you take breakfast .

DAY 2

ANTANANARIVO – ANDASIBE

After breakfast, we will drive to the Eastern side of the island, where we will be able to meet the largest in lemur species known as ¨Indri” and many others. We will stop at the Reptile farm of Pereyras to meet some of the rarest reptiles we have in the island. Upon arrival in our destination, we will check in to our hotel and relax until the night safari to meet the night active wildlife including the smallest lemur and reptiles such as Chameleon and snakes. Back to our hotel after an hour or an hour and half of walk.

DAY 3

FULL DAY TO EXPLORE ANDASIBE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will explore the famous Andasibe National Park , to meet the largest in lemur species known as Indri and many other species of lemur , without missing our birds , reptiles , we will be able to see some our orchids and palm , we will spend about 4 hours here . Back to the hotel for lunch and explore to Vakona to meet more species including the bamboo lemurs , Black and white ruffed lemurs and so one to end our journey.

DAY 4

ANDASIBE - ANTSIRABE

After breakfast,we will drive back to the highland till Antsirabe, known as the highest town in the island. Upon arrival , check in to our hotel and have a short city tour of this beautiful colonial town , founded by Norwegian missionary back in the 18 century.

DAY 5

ANTSIRABE - MORONDAVA

After breakfast, we will drive to the West part of Madagascar. We will drive through the green field and valley of the central west until the dry savannah of Menabe . With some stop on the way, we will get in Morondava at the beginning of the evening Check in to our hotel and relax

DAY 6

MORONDAVA - BEKOPAKA

After breakfast, we will embark to the off beaten road up to the North part. We will across two rivers by ferry to get there . With some stop on the way, we will get there at the middle of the afternoon. Check in to our hotel and enjoy some rest before the hiking tomorrow.

DAY 7

FULL DAY TO EXPLORE THE TSINGY OF BEMARAHA

Today we will spend the day in nature discovering the Tsingy of Bemaraha National Park. Bemaraha Tsingy is classified as a UNESCO world heritage site and the biggest protected area in Madagascar . At the Tsingy we will see he cathedral, the “view point”, the hanging bridge and experience the animals that live here, such as Sifaka lemur and Common brown lemur. We will also see wild birds and by chance the biggest carnivore in Madagascar called Fossa. We will also see different kinds of endemic plants such as the “palissandre” and “Ebony”. Back to our hotel and relax

DAY 8

FULL DAY TO EXPLORE THE SMALL TSINGY AND GORGE OF MANAMBOLO

Today, we will embark on a local canoe to visit the beautiful Throat of Manambolo river by visiting some caves,the First inhabitant of Madagascar tombs the small section of the national park . We will spend for around four hours here , back to our lodge after the visit and relax.

DAY 9

BEKOPAKA – KIRINDY

After breakfast, we will drive back to the South part, Upon arrival,check in at our hotel and relax until the beginning of the evening,for a night walk . During the visit,by chance, we might see the largest carnivore of the island, known as Fosa and some species of nocturnal lemur like Avahi,mouse lemur,the fat tailed sportive lemur, and some another species of reptiles and bird which are active in the nigh. After the visit,we drive back to our hotel

DAY 10

KIRINDY - MORONDAVA

After breakfast,we drive to the reserve for a diurnal visit,to spot two species endemic species of this region such as red fronted brown lemur and the Coquerel’s Sifaka,the visit will be about 1-2 hours,after that, we will drive back to our hotel and relax until heading back to the south, we will stop at the in love and sacred baobab of course, we will end our journey of today to experience the beautiful sunset at the century old trees known as baobab avenue Drive to our hotel in town and relax

DAY 11

MORONDAVA – MOROMBE

On day 11 we will spend our day to reach the small fishermen town of Morombe. We will drive through small villages on a sandy off beaten road. We will get there before dark. Check in to our hotel and relax

DAY 12

MOROMBE - ANDAVADAOKA

After breakfast, we will drive into the Andavadaoka region, we will stay here for two nights . Upon arrival, check in to our hotel and relax Enjoy your free day to relax

DAY 13

ANDAVADAOKA

Enjoy your free day to relax , we will have a sunset experience at the baobab Rubrostipa species from the beginning of evening.

DAY 14

ANDAVADAOKA – AMBATOMILO

On day 14, after breakfast, around 9 am, we will drive to Ambatomilo , a small beach village along the Mozambique channel . Through dozens of wild fine beach. Upon on arrival, Check in to our hotel and relax.

AMBATOMILO - IFATY

On day 16, after breakfast, around 9 am, we will drive to Ifaty , the last beach town along the Mozambique channel . Through dozens of wild fine beach. Upon on arrival, Check in to our hotel and relax.

DAY 17

IFATY - ISALO

After breakfast, we will start our road by heading to the Isalo, second most famous national park by its beautiful Jurassic land formation. With some stops on the way, picnic lunch on the way , we will get there around 2 pm . Upon arrival, check in to our hotel and relax. Before the evening, we will have a beautiful sunset experience at the “ Window of Isalo “.

DAY 18

FULL DAY TO ISALO NATIONAL PARK

Today we will spend about four – five hours discovering the famous part of Isalo Park, from the Namaza Canyon to the Blue natural pool. Isalo is special not only because of this Jurassic landscape but also the unique wildlife and it is the home of the lemur catta or Maki, Sifaka, wild birds and various reptiles. We will have a lunch inside of the park, we will start hike back to our hotel and relax

DAY 19

ISALO – ANJA – RANOMAFANA

After breakfast, we will drive trough the immense plateau of Ihorombe and the wine capital of Madagascar until the South East Rainforest of Ranomafana. Trough the day, we will explore the Anja Community Reserve , natural home of the famous ring tailed lemurs for more wildlife focused day . Upon arrival to our destination,check in to our hotel and relax until the short night walk to meet the smallest in lemur species and many others.

DAY 20

FULL DAY TO RANOMAFANA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will to explore the National rainforest of Ranomafana, natural home of several wildlife We will hike for about 4 Hours here through the small trail and lemurs territory , here we will meet the famous Bamboo lemur, Greater bamboo lemurs and the black Sifaka known as Milne Edward Sifaka. Back to our hotel for lunch and explore the small arboretum to meet the largest chameleon in the world known as Parson’s Cameleon.

DAY 21

RANOMAFANA – ANTSIRABE

After breakfast, we will drive to the highland from 8 am ,with some stops on the way, we will get there around 3 pm and have a walking tour around this Norwegian founded town. Several large buildings of the town are built during the colonial time will be part of the highlights as well local market. Check in to our hotel and relax

DAY 22

ANTSIRABE – ANTANANARIVO

After breakfast, we will drive to explore the Tritriva, sacred lake and the last volcano eruption in the region. We will drive back to the capital after the visit , we will have lunch on the way . Upon arrival , Check in to our hotel and relax.

DAY 23

FLY OUT OF MADAGASCAR

After breakfast, we will explore the best historical site of the capital , from the King and Queen’s Palace to the former largest open market of Africa , known as Zoma Market. By your request , we will end our visit to explore the best souvenir shop of the city. Enjoy your free hour at your hotel before your depature . Our driver will pick you up 3.30 hours before your international flight transfer.
